Kimberly Salay has worked in the real estate industry since 2002. Her experience ranges from working with developers on new residential projects and assisting homebuilders in home design to marketing and selling new homes. She specializes in waterfront properties, resort properties and golf communities.

Prior to real estate, Kimberly worked for a telecommunications company in Atlanta, Georgia and Greensboro, North Carolina for over 15 years. She specialized in national accounts and was responsible for sales, customer service and training and development. She attributes her customer-oriented approach, patience and listening skills to the time she had with this company.

Kimberly’s tremendous drive, dynamic personality and knowledge of the market fuel her passion to unite clients with the home they are looking for. Since practicing Real Estate in Naples Florida, she has expanded her reach to international clientele in places like, France, Sweden, Germany and Canada. Her professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of the transaction of real estate from lenders to inspector, to appraiser and more, help make working with Kimberly seamless, a true professional.

Kimberly has been a multi-million-dollar award winner in 2018, 2019 and 2020 as well as a Circle of Excellence winner which not only encompasses volume of sales but educational requirements too.

After spending 28 years in the sporting goods industry, John Salay is thrilled to join the Broad Avenue office of John R Wood Properties and work alongside his wife, fellow sales associate Kimberly Salay and new sales associate, Lindsay Umphred, to form The Salay Team.

At Spalding Sports, John attained and developed long-term partnerships with organizations like the NCAA, ACC, Big Ten and many other collegiate conferences and programs. He also established partnerships with many of the state high school athletic associations throughout the US. He has been inducted into the California High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame, the Texas High School Athletic Association and the National High School Federation under the Distinguished Service Award.

John has made a career out of determining the needs and goals of his customers and helping them to achieve those benchmarks and he brings that same enthusiasm and drive to assisting buyers and sellers reach their real estate ambitions.

Originally from Ohio, he and his wife have been residents of Bonita Springs for the past 14 years. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Cleveland State University in Ohio. He and Kimberly love spending time with their four children, who are scattered throughout the country. They enjoy good wine and watching the sunsets on many of Southwest Florida’s great beaches. John is also a former collegiate golfer who enjoys the many golf courses here in Florida.  

Lindsay spent her whole life visiting her Bop Bop (grandpa) in Pelican Bay and officially made the move to Naples after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communications. While at Purdue, Lindsay interned as a social media marketing manager for a digital marketing agency in Chicago. Lindsay applies her expansive social media knowledge to provide clients with strategic campaigns that help her listings stand out. Lindsay is creative, trustworthy, compassionate, and is known for her ability to connect with others.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys playing tennis, going to the beach, cooking, trying out the latest restaurants, and most of all spending time with her family and her puppy Romee Rigatoni.
